MiTEAM

MiTEAM is Michigan’s Department of Human Service child welfare case practice model. A practice model is an agency’s guide to how staff, children, families, stakeholders and community partners work together to achieve outcomes. Michigan’s outcomes are safety, child well-being and permanency of children and families. Click MiTEAM for more information.

Crucial Accountability

  Crucial Accountability
   training is focused on
   improving case outcomes by
   teaching skills that help
caseworkers discuss problems without creating defensiveness and help others overcome barriers without micromanaging or disempowering them.

Crucial Accountability will be offered to all DHS and private child welfare staff in FY 2013 through training in local sites. Click here for more information.
